Maverik's customers expect a world-class convenience experience. It was my responsibility to extend that experience onto our digital platforms. This was accomplished by listening to our customers, building journey maps, identifying friction points, testing solutions, and optimizing over time.

To support this efforts, I led an effort to re-design the customer loyalty app during a loyalty software migration. This included a desktop and mobile experience focused on rewarding our most loyal customers.
